Elon Musk shares ‘unorthodox’ job title that may exist in the future

In a recent Twitter post, billionaire Elon Musk shared the names of unusual job titles that may exist in the future. In the tweet, he posted a picture titled ‘Jobs in the Future’ along with the names and visual descriptions of six different titles.

These include Gravity Eater, Quantum Hunter, Glitch Dreamer, Void Deer, and Boson Cutter. Although the name of the last one is unclear, Twitter user @ThenaFi_ replied to the post saying, “That last one is $THE FARMER”.

As usual, Musk’s tweet received several reactions from various users on Twitter.

Responding to Musk’s post, a user wrote “You forgot the Aldrich unit or that’s where Zero Deer was going 🤣 I think we can do better than this.”

“I think it’s not much of a stretch to say that software jobs are going to go first. Many backends organize basically the same components in different ways. I’d be surprised if AI isn’t doing the heavy lifting here within 2 years.”,” replied one user.

“Will jobs still exist in 2025?” said another.

“I assumed they already existed and the positions were filled,” wrote another user.

“Those are cool titles though! Who wouldn’t want to be a Quantum Hunter?!” the other replied.

Meanwhile, Twitter CEO has shared some of the latest updates that the micro-blogging site will be going through. In a tweet, the owner said that the company will open source all the code used to recommend Tweets.

Twitter will open up all the code used to recommend tweets on March 31, he wrote in a tweet. Musk argued that the recommendation algorithm used at Twitter is overly complex and not fully understood inside the company.

“People will discover tons of silly things, but we’ll fix the issues as soon as they’re found!” Musk tweeted.

“Providing code transparency will be incredibly embarrassing at first, but this should lead to exponential improvements in recommendation quality,” he said.
